Bhimpura was part of Jamwaon Parish. In 1994 Fr. Ishwara-nand started to stay in this place. This place is situated in the middle of three parishes - Francispur, Indara and Jamwaon. Sisters of Our Lady of Providence began the health ministry in 1997. The parish includes the ministry of health, education and social animation. A boarding was established by Fr. Vijay Shantiraj to help the boys to attend the school comfortably and later on it was closed. A Hindi medium school was started and later in the year 2011 it was converted into an English medium school. Pastoral care holds the greater prominence in the mission at Bhimpura. |
