You are already informed of the XVI Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops – October 2023. Kindly find attached the Circular in Hindi which will help you to communicate the same to the faithful in your parish. I hereby ask every Parish Priest to read the Circular on Sundays preceding the Sunday 17, October 2021 during the Holy Mass, after Holy Communion, and catechise the faithful on this important event of the Church Universal. Starting with Sunday Mass on 17, October 2021, every parish, community, formation house, boarding house, etc. will say the special prayer provided for this purpose. A display poster will also be made available. In the month of October which is a Rosary month, let us dedicate this special intention of the Synod to Mary, the Queen of the Apostles and Mother of the Church, asking for her maternal intercession. May the gift of the Spirit at Pentecost come down upon us, and lead us on the pilgrim path to journey together as a missionary Church.
