In the interest of the health safety of all I appeal to everyone not to conduct common holy mass, way of the cross, meetings, gatherings etc in the entire Diocese untill 31 March 2020. I urge you to follow the instructions of the Government. With this I excempt all the faithful in the Diocese from the obligation of Sunday Mass till 31 March 2020.
